MANUFACTURING PROCESS Acephate ( Technical) is conventionally prepared on industrial scale by isomerisation of Dimethyl Phosphoroamidothioate ( DMPAT ), acetylation, crystallisation, filteration and drying operations using Ethyl Acetate and Ethylene Dichloride as solvents.

Liquid effluents generated are of low volume.

TECHNOSAFE offers process know-how for the manufacture of Technical grade ACEPHATE by using the above process with purity of 98 % + of the obtained Acephate ( Technical ).
