MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Triazophos (Technical) is conventionally prepared on an industrial scale by using phenyl hydrazine hyrate and urea as basic starting materials. However, most manufacturers carry out the last stage reaction of 1-phenoxy-1,2,4-triazol with Diethyl Thiophosphoryl Chloride, washing and concentration operations to manufacture Triazophos (Technical).
